The maximum estimate establishes a maximum for the approved scope. Billing is based on actual labor used at the applicable hourly rate, and the final charge will not exceed the confirmed maximum unless you approve additional work or a change in scope.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit based on the confirmed maximum is required for Vacancy Cleaning.
