Do you handle linens?
Yes. Beds can be remade with fresh linens and towels replaced and staged. Laundry can be handled on-site or off-site according to the arrangement with the owner or property manager.
Do you clean the refrigerator every turnover?
We do a quick refrigerator check, remove expired or leftover perishable items as appropriate, and wipe accessible shelves or spills. A full refrigerator interior cleaning is not part of every turnover.
Can you report low supplies or damage?
Yes. Restocking, low-supply reporting, and noticeable damage/property concern reporting can be arranged with the office.
